Salon Policies
Things You Should Know
· All prices listed in this website and posted in our brochures are subject to change without notice. Please verify prices prior to reserving appointments.
· Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment so that they can relax and get changed.
· For a relaxing experience for you and other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off.
· For our Safety and that of your children, we suggest that children be seated and supervised at all times.
· It is at the Salon’s discretion to deny any requested services to a client or postpone their service for any contagious ailments.
· Royal Treatment Day Spa & Salon requires all reservations listed below be followed-up with a user agreement signature.
Service Appointments (*)
(*) Service Appointments do not include Special Spa Packages or Party Packages.
· When scheduling appointments for 2 or more services we require a credit card to hold your reservation. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointments, you must call 48 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid any charges to your credit card. If Royal Treatment Day Spa & Salon is not notified 48 hours prior to your reservation, than your credit card will be charged 50% of the service amount plus an additional 20% gratuity fee.
Special Spa Package Appointments
· Due to extensive preparation, these Special Spa Packages must be reserved with a credit card or Royal Treatment gift certificate number. We cannot reserve a Spa Package with a Spa Finder Gift Certificate. Failure to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance will result in full (100%) charges plus 20% gratuity for services or packages scheduled.
Special Spa Party Package Appointments
· Due to extensive preparation, our Party Packages must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number for each party member. Failure to cancel the reservation at least 48 hours in advance will result in full charges plus 20% gratuity for each party member. In the case where one person is responsible for the cost of the entire party package, that person’s credit card will be charged the full amount for the each party member plus 20% gratuity for each party member.
Gift Certificates
· The ideal gift for any occasion. Phone and mail orders are available. In addition Royal Treatment Day Spa & Salons has contracted with Spa Boom to create Instant Gift Certificates. Should you choose to create an Instant Gift Certificate, you will be redirected to a secure website affiliated with Spa Boom. All Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Should someone use a Gift Certificate to hold a reservation and fail to cancel in the appropriate time period stated within our Salon Policies, the Gift Certificate will be forfeited.

Your privacy is important to us. Royal Treatment Day Spa & Salon is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will never share your personal information with anyone for any reason without your explicit permission. Please read the following policy to understand how your information will be treated as you make full use of our many offerings. By using the Royal Treatment Day Spa & Salon’s website, you consent to the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do make changes we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use it, and to whom we may disclose it. You should review this Privacy Policy from time to time to make certain that you remain up to date in the event changes to this Privacy Policy are made.
Information We Collect
Any information submitted by you will be used only to process appointments, orders and improve our products and services. Under no circumstance will we rent, sell, or share any information provided by you to any third party without your permission.
Maintaining Your Privacy and Managing Your Information
You have choices about how the information you have provided us may be used by us. You can direct us to have your name and address removed form our mailing list. Should you choose this option, you will not receive any future communications from Royal Treatment Day Spa & Salon. You may opt out of receiving such future communications by sending an email to roytreatspa@hotmail.com , stating that your request to be removed for our lists.
Instant Gift Cards
Our Instant Gift Cards are not processed directly from our website. When purchasing an instant gift card, you are redirected to a secure website affiliated with Spa Boom, a reputable company. We will maintain your privacy as noted above; however when leaving our website to purchase instant gift cards, your privacy is the responsibility of Spa Boom.
